Note: as of September 1st, a section of Plank Rd. west of Naper Blvd. is closed for construction. You man wish to approach the office from Ogden Av. via Iroquois Av. or Naperville Rd. Unknown how long this will continue.
*For Sundays, please call and make an appointment 24 hours ahead, as the doors to the building are locked on Sunday. Call the LTDO phone at (630) 297-8133 so a volunteer can let you in the building and our suite.
When you plan to visit, please call ahead if at all possible to make sure someone is there. We try to faithfully staff our office hours, but we are all volunteers and Things Happen.
Staff responsibilities include greeting and signing in visitors, answering the phone, guiding volunteers to tasks such as folding and stuffing literature, addressing envelopes or postcards, text and phone banking, receiving literature and signs, and whatever else needs to be done. Feel free to suggest any other things LTDO should be doing!
