On November 15 at 6:30 PM, at the Naperville Municipal Center, Emanuel “Chris” Welch, Speaker of the Illinois House, will be Indivisible Naperville’s featured guest. Among the topics we are asking him to address is the future of Illinois laws that run contrary to recent Supreme Court Decisions, such as our state respecting reproductive rights and the Dobbs decision.
