Join us on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. for the Lisle Township Annual Town Hall meeting. This meeting will take place at the Lisle Village Hall, 925 Burlington Avenue in Lisle.

Please plan to arrive early. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and close at 6:30 p.m. sharp.

Anyone who wishes to speak will be allowed three minutes, but no vote will be taken on any audience proposals. You can also submit a Public Comment at bit.ly/2026-04-14-public-comment.

LTDO will open our new office on Friday, May 1^st, 2026, at 1280 Iroquois Ave, Suite 106, Naperville, IL 60563.

We need office staff volunteers to staff the office starting in May. Responsibilities include greeting and signing in visitors, answering the phone, guiding volunteers to various tasks such as folding/stuffing literature, addressing envelopes/postcards, text and phone banking, receiving literature and signs, and whatever might need to be done.

Commitment level is in person at the office, once per week, 2 to 3 hours, during one of these time intervals:

All Days – Sunday through Saturday
Shifts:
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

We are trying to get two people each shift during May so we can publish our hours on the LTDO website and in newsletters.  And it’s much more fun to be there with someone else!

A posterboard will be available at the April 13^th LTDO Membership Meeting as part of  the now-popular “Post-It” sign-up program🙂.  If you want to volunteer but are not sure what day or time you’d like, let Sue Quigley know, and she will contact you the last week of April with what is available in May.  Each month, we’ll revisit the schedule, which will be displayed on a whiteboard at the office.
